Yes! All orders are baked fresh on the day of despatch to ensure they are as fresh as possible when you receive them. How do I make a purchase? TOP
Simply add items to the cart and continue through the checkout, you will be directed to the Paypal website to fill out payment details and finalize payment. Once your payment is made you will receive a confirmation from Paypal. Can I choose my delivery date? TOP
Yes you can. You can email us to arrange a delivery date. Please allow at least 3 working days notice from your order date. What if I need cupcakes quickly? TOP
Nina's Cakes & Bakes offers the option to rush orders. Cupcakes are normally despatched within 2-3 working days, but you can email us before placing your order and we may be able to despatch them sooner. How are cupcakes packaged for delivery? TOP
For all orders each cupcake is individually wrapped with a card collar for shipping. The cupcakes are wrapped securely with tissue paper and sit snugly in their box so there is no room for cupcakes to move. For shipping, the package is clearly marked as 'fragile'. How are cupcakes delivered? TOP
Orders are normally despatched within 2-3 working days. Cupcakes are delivered via Royal Mail using the method you choose at the cart.

Yes, we can custom decorate cupcakes at no extra charge. Email us with the details before you place an order. Are your cupcakes nut free? TOP
Nina's Cakes & Bakes cannot guarantee that any of our products do not contain nuts or traces of nuts. Baking is not done in a completely nut free environmment. How long do your cupcakes stay fresh? TOP
Our cupcakes are baked using only the finest ingredients. The sponge of our cupcakes are very light and moist, so the cupcakes can stay fresh for up to 3 days. How is it best to store my cupcakes? TOP
It is best to store cupcakes in a cool, dry place. Please note that some of our decorations are handmade with icing and if they are kept too warm will melt. |
