Delivery Date
You can choose a delivery date from the list of available dates at the checkout. If you would like your order delivered on a date that is not listed, you can email us to arrange your order for delivery on that date.
Delivery Address
Nina’s Cakes & Bakes only sends orders to UK addresses. Orders to remote areas cannot be sent for next day delivery.
We are able to send orders to an address other than your billing address. Nina's Cakes and Bakes will only ship your order to the delivery address you provided us with on the Nina's Cakes and Bakes website, regardless of an address you may provide on the PayPal website whilst paying. If you wish to change the delivery address for your order, you can email us to arrange this.
Delivery
We only ship to UK addresses.
Nina’s Cakes & Bakes does not despatch orders on Saturdays and Sundays and cannot offer delivery on Sundays, Mondays and Public Holidays.
All products are shipped via Royal Mail for next day delivery and must be signed for.
We offer 2 shipping methods:
1.Standard Delivery - sent the day before your chosen delivery date via Royal Mail next day delivery by 1pm
2.Standard Saturday Delivery - sent on the Friday before your chosen Saturday delivery date, sent via Royal Mail next day delivery by 1pm for Saturday
Royal Mail does not 100% guarantee the arrival of all deliveries on time and admits that on very rare occasions parcels may arrive a day late. Royal Mail also states that deliveries to remote areas take a day or two longer.
Nina's Cakes & Bakes cannot guarantee that delivery instructions provided to us will be carried out.
Nina’s Cakes & Bakes packages all orders securely for delivery and despatches all orders on time. Nina’s Cakes & Bakes is not liable for any errors made by Royal Mail and cannot be held liable for delays in delivery or lost or damaged parcels under any circumstances. This includes delays due to strikes, acts of God etc.. In the event of a postal strike your order will still be sent via Royal Mail for delivery as requested when ordering unless you instruct us otherwise by email at least 48 hours prior to the despatch date (which we will confirm by email). Nina’s Cakes & Bakes is not liable for orders unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address being provided.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order as long as it follows the terms stated below.
To cancel an order the following is necessary:
a. we must receive an email from the email address you provided when you placed your order, quoting your order number and informing us that you would like to cancel your order.
b. you must inform us of your wish to cancel your order at least 48 hours before the agreed delivery date.
Returns and refunds
Due to the nature of the products sold by Nina’s Cakes & Bakes (edible), we do not accept returns.
Nina's Cakes and Bakes only issues refunds in the unlikely event you do not receive the correct products. In this case we require photographic evidence of this (the photograph must be clear and the products must be untampered). We will examine the evidence and inform you of our decision within 3 working days. Nina's Cakes and Bakes may approve or disapprove a refund request at our own discretion. Should we decide to issue you with a refund we will only refund the cost of each inaccurate product. Nina's Cakes and Bakes does not provide any further compensation other than the refund. We will isue the refund within 7 working days of you being informed of the decision.
Privacy Policy
Nina’s Cakes & Bakes does not disclose any personal information about customers to any third party businesses or organizations unless required to do so by law.
