By purchasing from Nina’s Cakes & Bakes you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Products
To flavour cupcakes and buttercream, only real fruit is used, not fruit flavouring. Nina’s Cakes & Bakes uses only real fruit, coffee and alcohol to flavour our products.
Nina’s Cakes & Bakes tries to ensure that photographs and product descriptions are as accurate as possible. Colours may vary slightly due to varying computer monitor resolutions.
For very large orders, if gift boxes are unavailable orders will be despatched without it.
Ordering
Nina’s Cakes & Bakes normally despatches orders within 2-3 working days.
In the unlikely event you have placed an order and we run out of the ordered product or any of the ingredients needed. We will email you to notify you of the situation. You will then have the chance to change the order (i.e. replace the unavailable cupcakes with another choice) or not continue with the order (in which case we will issue you with a full refund). You do have the choice to continue with the order unchanged, in this case the order will be placed on ‘back order’ and we will email you when it will be despatched.
Nina’s Cakes & Bakes reserves the right to cancel any order without reason at any time and issue you with a full refund.
Custom Orders
If you place an order for a custom cupcake Nina’s Cakes & Bakes tries to produce a cupcake as close as possible to what you asked. However we cannot guarantee colour shades for buttercream and icing.
Delivery Date
If you would like your order delivered on a particular date, you can email us to agree a date. Once a date is agreed by both you and Nina’s Cakes & Bakes your order will be despatched the day before the delivery date using your chosen delivery method.
Delivery Address
Nina’s Cakes & Bakes only sends orders to UK addresses.
We are able to send orders to an address other than your billing address. Once payment of an order is complete, the Paypal website may state your billing address as your delivery address. If this is the case, Nina’s Cakes & Bakes will ship your order to the delivery address you provided with us on the Nina’s Cakes & Bakes website.
Delivery
We only ship to UK addresses.
Nina’s Cakes & Bakes does not despatch orders on Saturdays and Sundays and cannot offer delivery on Sundays, Mondays and Public Holidays.
All products are shipped via Royal Mail for next day delivery and must be signed for.
We offer 3 shipping methods:
1.Standard Delivery - despatched in 2-3 working days, sent via Royal Mail next day delivery by 1pm
2.Standard Saturday Delivery - despatched in 2-3 working days, sent via Royal Mail next day delivery by 1pm for Saturday
3.Express delivery - despatched on same day as ordering, sent via Royal Mail next day delivery by 1pm
Royal Mail does not 100% guarantee the arrival of all deliveries on time and admits that on very rare occasions parcels may arrive a day late. Royal Mail also states that deliveries to remote areas take a day or two longer.
Nina's Cakes & Bakes cannot not guarantee that delivery instructions provided to us will be carried out.
Nina’s Cakes & Bakes packages all orders securely for delivery and despatches all orders on time. Nina’s Cakes & Bakes is not liable for any errors made by Royal Mail and cannot be held liable for delays in delivery or lost or damaged parcels.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order as long as it follows the terms stated below.
To cancel an order the following is necessary:
a. we must receive an email from the email address you provided when you placed your order, quoting your order number and informing us that you would like to cancel your order.
b. if you have requested a specific delivery date, you must inform us of your wish to cancel your order at least 48 hours before the agreed delivery date.
c. if you have not requested a specific delivery date, you may cancel your order up to 24 hours after placing your order
Returns and refunds
Due to the nature of the products sold by Nina’s Cakes & Bakes (edible), we do not accept returns.
Nina’s Cakes and Bakes only issues refunds in the unlikely event you do not receive the correct products. If this is the case, your order must be returned to us in it’s original packaging (at your own cost) within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Email us first and we will provide you with a return address label. If the gift box packaging (the box the cupcakes were sitting in) is damaged or dirty in any way, Nina’s Cakes & Bakes reserves the right to deduct the costs incurred from the damaged packaging from your refund.
Nina’s Cakes & Bakes does not refund postage and packaging costs.
Privacy Policy
Nina’s Cakes & Bakes does not disclose any personal information about customers to any third party businesses or organizations.
